Important Note:

• We do not recommend senior citizens having back or heart problems, infants and pregnant women for dune bashing
• Pickup will be made from a hotel or home in Dubai & Sharjah.
• In the month of Ramadan, There may be a slight change in timing and there will be no belly dance.

Booking Policy

• Pre reservation must be made at least within 12 hours or subject to availability.
• All tour cancellations must be made before 8 hours of pickup time.
• Kids aged between 3-11 years will be provided with a child discount.
• Kids under 3 years and infants will be free of cost.
• Kids above 11 years old will be charged based on the adult rate.

Form Details For Booking:

• A person must mention the hotel name with a room number. If the pick up is conducted from Hotel.
• Add that contact number in the form, which is easily reachable.
• Add you that user name in the form, whom you’re hotel room is registered

Cancellation Policy:

• Evening Tour Cancellation must be accomplished 12-hours in advance otherwise no money will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is done 8-hours prior then 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• Or if the tour cancellation is conducted 4-hours before or at the last moment, then 100% amount will be deducted

COVID-19 GUIDELINES:

• Keep a Social Distance and wash or sanitise your hands.
• Travellers must wear a mask throughout the tour.
• Our vehicles and Bedouin desert camp are sanitized daily basis to ensure your safety
• Hand sanitisers are available in our Bedouin camp.
• The temperature will be checked upon arrival.
