Important Note:

• Booking before 12 hours is a must
• Tour Cancellation before 8 hours is a must
• Kids under 3 will be charged nothing
• Kids under 11 years old will be facilitated with a kid’s rebate.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tour Cancellation before 12 hours is a must, so you could get your 100% amount back.
• If the cancellation is made 8-hours before, then 50% amount will be refunded.
• Or if the cancellation is done 4-hours before the pickup time, then no money will be refunded.
