Important Notice:

• The minimum age limit of the rider must be 18 years old.
• Must bring your original passport and Valid Emirates ID or any identity card to the location.
• At least 12 hours prior booking is mandatory
• Cancellation of the tour must be informed 5-hours in advance otherwise no money will be refunded
• Water Jet ski ride is subject to weather conditions. If there is anything happens then the booking may be rescheduled and you will be informed of the new date shortly.
• A candidate is not allowed to ride across the restricted areas, otherwise, he/she will be responsible if anything happens.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of the tour must be informed 12-hours in advance otherwise no money will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made 8-hours prior then 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• Or if the tour cancellation is informed 4-hours before or at the last moment, then 100% amount will be deducted.

COVID-19 Guidelines:

• Every traveller must wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
• Keep your sanitized or wash your hands
• The temperature will be checked at the time of arrival
