1. Costing:

The package costs mentioned on our website are appropriate for individual premises. Where any tip and aid given to the driver or any staff member are excluded during the tour.

4. Cancellation and No Show Policy:

Cancellation Policy:

• Tour Cancellation must be done before 12 hours of the visit date. Where no cancellation charges will be charged and you will get 100% of your money back.
• If any tour or services are cancelled/ amended/ revised after 12 hours earlier the tour date. Then 50% charges will be deducted.
• On the same side, if any service or tour is amended/cancelled/revised before 4 hours of the visit, then 100% will be deducted.

No Show Policy:

No refund will be payable. As the odd possibility of your carelessness to turn up for the visit, no limits somewhat or fully can be given. The same conditions will be applied to city tours, dhow cruises and desert safari or any other tour mentioned on our website.

5. Cancellation Procedures:
